New version of Samsung SDK is now available for download.
 

Samsung SDK 1.1 for the Java ME platform is a collection of tools for developing Mobile Applications for Samsung mobile phones.


Samsung SDK is based on Connected Limited Device Configuration (CLDC) and Mobile Information device Profile (MIDP). It also supports the implementation of Mobile Service Architecture (MSA).


The toolkit includes the emulation environments, debug tools, performance optimization tools, documentation, and sample demo applications. Samsung SDK provides developers to develop state of the art mobile applications.


What’s new in the latest release?


- Find the newly updated User Guide which helps developers in better understanding of the Samsung SDK.

- New Skin (Samsung F700) has been added, making a total of 8 device skin support in the newly released Samsung SDK.

- Zoom In feature setting has been added in Preferences > General. This helps developer to enable/disable the zoom in feature.

- Support of Landscape mode has been made in newly added Samsung F700 device skin. User can now develop MIDlet for Samsung devices that have Portrait and Landscape display mode.

- Some known bugs have been fixed.
 

With its new and updated features, the latest version of the Samsung SDK enables developers to improve development productivity.
