“You are invited to take part in Samsung’ Mobile Innovator Free Symbian Signing Promotion (“the Promotion”). You can do this by registering your details at www.symbiansigned.com. As part of the process you will need to insert the words “Samsung Sponsored Signing” in the ‘Do you require any additional accessories or add-on hardware’ text box at Step 7 of the ‘Certified Signed’ screen.
Your target device must be set to Samsung, which is what your application will then be tested on, although once certified it will not only be limited to Samsung devices.

This will inform the third party Symbian Signed Test House (NSTL) that you wish to take advantage of Promotion.
NSTL will then verify your details with Samsung – this will take approximately 24 hours – and assuming that you are one of the first 300 people to take advantage of this promotion the NSTL signing process will begin.
This Promotion will run until 300 successfully completed applications have been received and accepted by Samsung.
1. This Promotion is open to all members of Samsung Mobile Innovator members. Further details as to the definition of a Samsung Mobile Innovator member can be found here http://innovator.samsungmobile.com/membership.do. Employees or agents of the Promoter or any of its group companies or their families or households or anyone professionally connected to this Promotion are not permitted to enter.
2. All entrants must be over the age of 18.
To enter this Promotion you must ensure that all the details you provide are accurate and you are responsible for doing this. Partially completed entries will not be entitled to participate in the Promotion. You should also be aware that this offer will only be available to the first 300 people who enter.
3. You may not submit the details of anyone else and by entering you confirm that you are the person whose details you submit.
4. Please note that only one completed form is allowed per person. In the event that multiple entries are received from the same person, the Promoter reserves the right to include only the first entry by that person.
5. The entry period for the Promotion runs from 10.30am on 21 Oct 2008 until 300 completed forms have been submitted and accepted (the “Entry Period”) by Samsung. Please note that entries received after the Entry Period will not be eligible. Once 300 applications have been received and accepted a notice will be placed on the Samsung Mobile Innovator website stating that the Promotion has closed.
6. There is no cash alternative.
7. The Promoter shall have the right, where necessary, to undertake all such action as is reasonable to protect itself against fraudulent or invalid claims. The Promoter reserves the right to ask for evidence of eligibility to enter the Promotion at any time throughout the duration of the Promotion.
8. The Promoter’s decision is final as to individuals who are deemed to be entitled to participate in the Promotion and the Promoter shall not enter into any correspondence about the results.
9. The Promoter shall not be responsible for lost, misdirected, illegible, late, mutilated, partially completed or altered entries.
10. The Promoter shall not be liable for any interruption to this Promotion caused by factors beyond the Promoter’s control.
11. The Promoter reserves the right, acting reasonably and in accordance with all relevant legislation and codes of practice, to vary the terms and conditions of this Promotion.
12. The Promoter reserves the right at its absolute discretion to disqualify entries which it considers do not comply with these terms and conditions, are obscene or offensive in any way or any entrant who it reasonably believes has interfered with the fair running of this Promotion and/or the results thereof.
13. By entering into this Promotion, you accept that your personal data will be processed by the Promoter, the controller of your personal data and its carefully selected third parties. Personal data held by the Promoter will be dealt with strictly in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy, available at http://innovator.samsungmobile.com/privacy.do.. You should also be aware that the information you provide will be processed by NSTL based at Global Headquarters, 670 Sentry Parkway, Blue Bell, PA 19422 USA for purposes of running this promotion on behalf of the Promoter. By submitting your application form you agree that your data may be shared in this way.
14. By entering this Promotion you confirm that you have read and understood these terms and conditions and agree to be bound by them.
15. This Promotion is governed by English law.
